FAIRE IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
Product images on Faire are predominantly shot on a white or light coloured background. They should be cropped to a square ratio and 1050 x 1050 pixels in size.
Faire ask sellers to keep the following in mind when choosing product photography:
Images should showcase products clearly and simply. Backdrops should be light and plain to highlight the detail in your items.
Using the same backdrops will give consistency and cohesion across your product line.
To properly showcase your items, you should use pictures that feature your products in the center.
FAIRE IMAGE OPTIMISATION
Image optimisation means reducing the file size of images as much as possible without sacrificing quality. It also means make sure customers can easily find your products by thinking about what words they might search to find them.
To help Faire, Google, and other search engines direct customers to your products, you need to pay close attention to your image file name. Make sure the file name accurately describes your product.
